1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are only accepted for:
    • Damaged products
    • Incorrect items shipped
    • Products with manufacturing defects
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, or partially used cleaning products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

3. Return Process

  • Email us at info@fluxxpro.in with your order number, reason for return, and product images.
  • Our team will review the request and guide you through the next steps.

4. Refunds

  • Once the return is approved and the item is received in original condition, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

5. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. You can return the product (if eligible) and place a new order.
